Emine Dzhaparova’s Mission India, Crafted By US-EU

All “sugar and guile”

Update: 2023-04-13 04:54 GMT

The recent visit by Ukrainian First Deputy Foreign Minister Emine Dzhaparova was her first visit to India. As expected she projected a horrible picture of Russia ravaging her country. She obviously would not admit that Moscow was forced to launch special operations in Ukraine because of the United States and NATO posing an existential threat to Russia especially since 2013-2014, as tweeted by Bosco Dantas on April 11, 2023, saying: “Illegal Nazi-Bandera State in Kiev, orchestrated and officially recognized by US & EU through a military coup against the legitimate government in Kiev 2013-2014. History repeats itself in Ukraine, CIA-NATO has always worked with Ukrainian Nazi Bandera throughout the Soviet era”.

Dzhaparova was all sugar and guile, even referring to India as ‘Vishwaguru’, which was sweet-talk directed at Prime Minister Narendra Modi. One wonders if she studied how Menaka seduced Rishi Vishwamitra to interrupt his meditation or was she educated about it by Washington?

This visit was obviously not her initiative but a well planned move by the US-European Union (with CIA planning) through its puppet Volodymyr Zelensky, President of Ukraine. She did not make any seductive dancing moves like Menaka but instead used the plank that the Russian invasion of Ukraine has impacted the global economy terribly which makes it an imperative issue for discussion at the upcoming G20 Summit in India during September 2023.

Dzhaparova conveyed very sweetly that India, through its G20 presidency, can bring attention to the Ukraine crisis by inviting Ukrainian officials to the G20 events and the main summit and that Volodymyr Zelenskyy would be "happy" to address the upcoming G20 summit in India.

She said, "Our expectations are quite clear. We believe that discussion about the economy and future economy and the economic situation in the world is not possible without discussion about the repercussions of the war with Russia against Ukraine… I believe that my President will also be happy to speak up on behalf of the Ukrainian people… Today, India plays a very important role in the world.

“The presidency of G20 brings additional responsibility. India may take this leadership by involving Ukraine in its agenda and helping Ukraine to bring its story. People-to-people contact is the best way to communicate.”

The plan to facilitate Zelensky addressing the next G20 summit in India was put in motion months in advance with the US-NATO-EU-Ukraine all instilling the idea that India or rather Prime Minister Narendra Modi can help in orchestrating a ceasefire in Ukraine and usher peace. This was despite the envisaged solution for America’s Joe Biden Administration that Russia withdraws completely from Ukraine while the US does everything possible to deny any ceasefire talks and continues targeting Russia – strategically, militarily and economically.

As part of her sweet talk, Dzhaparova said, “India also has a difficult neighbourhood with China and Pakistan. The Crimea episode has a lesson for India as well. Whenever impunity happens and if it is not stopped, it becomes bigger.”

By saying so Dzhaparova showed that unlike many westerners she does know who India’s neighbours are but what about NATO’s expansion and deploying missiles on the periphery of Russia? What about Western Special Forces inside Ukraine (protective shield for Zelensky?) as substantiated by recently leaked data of the US? What about western weaponry being supplied to Ukraine? How about Ukraine supporting ‘One India’ – or will Zelensky sack her on instructions of Washington if she made such a statement?

Dzhaparova did not mind stooping low by saying Russian soldiers are stealing toilet bowls from Ukrainian households though referring to some intercepts. But she forgets the US is printing and supplying unlimited amounts of dollars to Ukraine bulk of which is not only being syphoned back to the US and into overseas ventures and individual accounts but is enough to even be used as toilet paper.

Dzhaparova talked of ineffective Russian platforms in the Ukraine war which she wanted India to note – another American ploy for India to import more US weapons. But the leaked US data shows that the Ukraine-US air defence systems are ineffective against Russia’s aerial attacks. Washington is trying its best to limit the damage from the disclosure and reassure allies, but the truth is out in the open.

Moreover, the US-NATO have no defence against Russia’s Poseidon nuclear torpedoes, which with a two-megaton travelling at 120 km/h at depths of 3,300 feet that cannot be intercepted by any existing weapon system could be used to destroy entire ports, US west coast (including Los Angeles, San Diego or San Francisco) or strike groups of US aircraft carriers.

The Poseidon torpedo will target the intended harbour or base, which will lead to consequences greater than those of a tsunami albeit at the same time there will be less destruction than from the use of a nuclear warhead of an ICBM (intercontinental ballistic missile).

The follow up to Dzhaparova’s visit has been Zelensky writing to Prime Minister Modi to permit him address the upcoming G20 Summit and for more humanitarian aid even as he has no dearth of aid from the US-led Anglo Saxon front. Asking for more humanitarian aid is to obfuscate the reality that permitting Zelensky to address the G20 Summit in New Delhi during September 2023 will showcase India firmly in the US camp.

India has never hesitated in providing humanitarian aid to any country. It even did so in the case of earthquake-hit Turkiye including providing medical teams although Turkiye continues to support Pakistan on the issue of Kashmir. India has not only provided humanitarian aid to Ukraine in the past but has reportedly also contributed to the recent extension of the Ukraine grain export deal.

But India cannot bring about a ceasefire in Ukraine with the US-EU working in the opposite direction. Finally, the US apparently still hopes to soft peddle New Delhi into allowing Zelensky to address the next G20 Summit despite all its strategic consequences for India.
