The Citizen believes in courageous and independent journalism. Sober and factual journalism. Professional and honest journalism. It is not an easy task in an environment where the media is losing sight of the tenets of journalism, testing ethics and responsibilities to a point where the sharp distinction between news and propaganda has disappeared.
