SRINAGAR: Editors note: Ceasefire is what the governments might be talking of. But here below is the reality of Kashmir captured in photographs by The Citizen’s Basit Zargar. Young boys dressed as ‘militants’ directly face the armed men in uniform. Except this his is not a fancy dress parade but war on the streets with the youth playing with their lives, while the elders weep. And prayers become occasions for otherwise stoic Kashmiri men to weep for those they have lost, and those they fear they will lose.
